Thermomix Offers 2021 Q1

I always believe that the Thermomix is the real deal, and anything else is just extra, but for completeness and transparency, here are the Thermomix offers for 2021 Q1 from January to March.

March 2021:

Available from Tuesday 2nd March to Monday 15th March, we launched the ‘Love at First Bite Weaning’ bundle for £1082.

The cost-saving here was the price of the new Cookbook, £25 and the entire bundle is worth £58.

The Thermomix TM6 remained at £1149, but you were paying an extra £33 for the bundle.

February 2021:

For purchases in February 2021, the offer was a Thermomix TM6 and a Thermomix Friend for £1499.

The cost of the Thermomix remained at £1149, but the additional £350 meant you got the Thermomix Friend and second bowl at a massive discount which is where the £179 saving can be seen.

When the Thermomix Friend is launched to existing customers, it will be priced at £369 for the Thermomix Friend AND £529 for the Thermomix Friend plus second bowl.

Once again Thermomix TM6 remained at £1149, but you were paying an extra £350 for the bundle.

January 2021:

For any purchases of Thermomix this month, customers had the opportunity to purchase an additional 3-years manufacturer’s warranty for £49 giving you a 5-year peace of mind. The Thermomix TM6 usually comes with a two-year warranty, so this add on (usually priced at £149) was a £100 saving for the bundle.

So our Thermomix TM6 remained at £1149, but you were paying an extra £49 for the bundle.

South Asian Thermomix Cooking Class

We, as a team, have been doing several virtual cooking classes since lockdown and it’s a real joy for us. It gives us an opportunity to do some team activities and really does feel like a team, as well as sharing our hints & tips with you. This was particularly special for me as both David and Richard have recently been recruited as Advisors on our Owners Program. They haven’t even met in person, yet I think they pulled off a fabulous class! I’m so proud to have them on my team.

Thermomix Friend is a cooking companion for your Thermomix. It is designed to cook with the Thermomix^® TM6 and TM5. The Thermomix Friend operates on reverse and up to speed 2, in the temperature range of 37°C to Varoma, and with a cooking time of up to 2 hours. In this blog post, I will give you the top 5 benefits of owning a Thermomix Friend and why you would want one in your kitchen.

Top 5 Benefits of Thermomix Friend

Thermomix Friend is small, compact; ready for use, or easy to put away.
Thermomix Friend is a complementary accessory to your Thermomix, it can only go up to speed 2 and always in reverse. It makes it perfect for simmering, sauteing, and stirring.
Thermomix Friend is ideal for time savings and bulk-cooking.
Thermomix Friend can be used in conjunction with Thermomix through guided cooking or can be used standalone manually.
Thermomix can be used for parallel cooking – for example – making two sauces for a midweek meal – tomato sauce in one, cheese sauce in the other – ideal for fussy later, those with allergies or simply to create more choice at dinner time.

What the Thermomix Friend isn’t?

It isn’t a Thermomix replacement. The Thermomix Friend can be used alongside the Thermomix TM5 and Thermomix TM6 using blue-tooth and guided cooking, but it does not replace a Thermomix.
It cannot chop or blend. The Thermomix Friend operates on the reverse and up to speed 2. Therefore, the initial chopping for a recipe, such as a soup or a curry, needs to be done in the Thermomix and then the bowl transferred to your Thermomix Friend to free up your Thermomix to do something else.

Do you really need it?

Well, that is the million-dollar (or pound) question, isn’t it?

If you have a Thermomix TM5 or Thermomix TM6 and need more capacity, then I think it’s great. Priced at £529 for the base and bowl bundle, this is an excellent option to upscale your kitchen. You’ll on my Youtube channels or my Tasty Thursday events, I have really been enjoying using the Thermomix Friend multiple times each week since I received mine in December 2020. I use it mainly for making rice or potatoes and then using the Varoma to steam above it.

I have had many customers who currently have a Thermomix TM5 and were thinking of upgrading to Thermomix TM6 and Thermomix Friend. At this point, my independent opinion is to keep your Thermomix TM5 and upgrade to the Thermomix TM6. Why? Well, we’ve always said, what’s better than one Thermomix but two. Having two Thermomixes gives you the capabilities of truly doubling your cooking experience and if you have space, then keep it. We all know the value of a Thermomix once we have one in our kitchen, and if upgrading means selling yours on, then we also know that the resale market doesn’t really appreciate the real value of it. You are likely to get £600-750 for a Thermomix TM5 on the second-hand market, but it’s probably worth a lot more than that in reality.

So in my opinion, the Thermomix Friend is amazing. Just like any product that Vorwerk brings out, this is game-changing and ahead of the times. It’s the most perfect accessory for our Thermomixes. The price point is approximately half the cost of a Thermomix, so with that, the features and capabilities are also reduced. But as an accessory, it’s amazing; you will love as much as you love your Thermomix.

£1 per Day to own a brand new Thermomix

Fabulous news! If you have been considering Thermomix for a while, but have been holding back due to the price, think no further. Thermomix is now made more affordable with installment options with payment plans as low as £1 per day to own a brand new Thermomix TM6.

Imagine for just £1 per day, you are empowered to create healthier meals for yourself and your loved ones. Do not worry that your Thermomix will not be put into good use. For those thinking about fast food, even McDonalds costs £4.69 for a Big Mac Medium Meal. Who hasn’t had one of these in the past 30 days?

If not now, when is the best time to buy a Thermomix? I believe the time is always right now. There’s a reason why you are investigating a Thermomix, so why not take action when you have a problem to solve and not when the ‘head office’ offer is different. Note, I said different not better.

“What’s the Thermomix Offer this month?” How many times in the past 12-years have I heard that? “What’s the Thermomix Offer this month?” I’m here to dispel the myth.

Yes, I know that Thermomix UK & Ireland have monthly offers. Sometimes they are great, sometimes so, so, and sometimes, well just not for you. This month’s offer is the “Love at First Bite: My Weaning Journey” which is our newest cookbook perfect for those with a baby aged, 0-12 months. It’s a super offer if you are pregnant or have a baby and about to start weaning but if you are the 95% of the population that doesn’t fall into this niche then it’s not for you.

The real deal is actually having a Thermomix in your kitchen.

How many times have I had customers waiting for that perfect customer offer and after waiting for 1, 2, 3, or even 6-months, wish that they had bought sooner. Not once or twice, but all the time.

When customers finally get one, their biggest regret is waiting so long.

Fun facts:

Buying your basics in bulk also saves on having unnecessary plastics and packaging on your foods. Save your body and the environment all at the same time.

So I just wanted to say, if you are waiting for the right deal, let me reiterate;

Having a Thermomix in your kitchen is the deal. It’s the grand prize, the super gadget, the top offer. It’s the cake. Anything else and everything else is just the cherry (on the cake).

In relation to the Thermomix, or as I call it, my Bimby, I wanted to wait a week before posting a review. I have cooked pretty much every meal with it and absolutely love it! It took me years to come round and justify it and my only regret is that I hadn’t done it sooner although I’m glad I have the TM6 ???? I have a busy life with a full-time job and 2 young girls and was finding that our dinners were quite late, I also tried to find the easiest and quickest meal during the week but now I have done quite a few recipes that without it, I wouldn’t even look think twice about buying it again.

Thermomixing with Kids

This is the recording of our Thermomixing with kids class on Saturday 20th February 2021.

As this was primarily a Thermomix Owners Class, we invited our team customer base to cook along with us. Customers didn’t have to make all the recipes, but I highly suggested that they made the pizza and tomato sauce in advance, so they cook along with us. We were joined by our own kids to show how easy it is to cook with a Thermomix even if you are young.
