Who is an ideal Advisor?
I encourage anyone who is interested in becoming a Thermomix Advisor to embrace the opportunity and the support that is provided. Thermomix is a truly exciting company offering a flexible way to earn income and great rewards for those who are committed to their business. I think the key message is there is no one profile for a Thermomix Advisor. Our sales force team is diverse and brings a broad range of experiences and skills to the table – what connects us is a passion for the product, the relationships we form and the ability to truly take our customers on a journey that goes far beyond the purchase of their Thermomix.

What is a Business Opportunity Meeting?
This is an informal meeting where you will connect with other like-minded people, and learn all about how your Thermomix business can work for your needs by attending the Business Opportunity Meeting.
You’ll learn all about Thermomix, how our direct sales model works, understand your training journey, the role of a Thermomix Advisor and explore your potential earnings.
They are during the day, it is a business opportunity so during business hours.
Can’t get to a Business Opportunity Meeting? Work FT during the week? Don’t have childcare?
No problems! Get in touch and we can connect with you at one of my online sessions.
What is the financial compensation being an Advisor?
You earn money every time you sell a Thermomix. We offer a variable compensation system, based on performance. Your potential earnings depend on your performance. This means that you can define your own goals. At the Opportunity Meeting will tell you your potential level of compensation in an individual meeting and answer all your questions.
What are the other benefits of being an Advisor?
In my time as an Advisor, I have won incentive trips to Kinsale, Madeira, Budapest and in October 2019, I’m going to all expenses trip to Lisbon. I’ve attended UK-wide celebratory conferences.
I won additional Thermomixes (2 Thermomix TM5s and Thermomix TM6), an iPad, a GoPro, a FitBit, a handheld vacuum cleaner and many more things.
I have met wonderful people; friends become clients, clients become friends, customers become Advisors and team members. We are surrounded by such a supportive and nurturing network of individuals who are share the same goal; eating well, whether that’s cooking from scratch, being creative or just helping busy people cook meals fast.
What does the training involve?
We give you all the information you need to support your Thermomix Advisor business. We lend you a Thermomix for 30 days while you go through your qualification period. After that you have another 60 days to earn your Thermomix.
Prior to or immediately after Module 1 training, your Team Leader will do a ‘newcomer’ demonstration. This is where you host the demonstration & cooking experience at your home, invite 3 friends as guest and the Team Leader does the demonstration. This ensures you see the full-demonstration by an expert close to your training period and any sales that result from this will go to help you qualify. You will also be coached how to be a host and whom to invite so you can replicate this this when you are an Advisor.
Throughout your training programme and beyond you are supported. We have a series of hands-on training modules that will help you refine your expertise and provide the security you need for your business. You are managed by a Team Leader, Branch Manager and team to ensure your success.
Do I have to buy a Thermomix to take part in training?
No. As part of our free training program, we will lend you a Thermomix TM6 for the first 30 days. If you sell one Thermomix, in your first 30 days, you qualify as an Advisor. You can then continue to earn your Thermomix in the remaining 60 days of your 90-day challenge.
From June 2019, there is a deposit of £150 when we loan you the Thermomix, but this is just a deposit. When you earn your Thermomix and swap your loan machine for a new one, your deposit is returned.
Do I have to be employed by Thermomix?
All Thermomix Advisors and Team Leaders are self-employed. It’s only at Branch Manager level and head office staff, who are employed.
This self-employed status aims to free the Advisor from the constraints being tied down to an employed role yet enjoying a social, fiscal and financial compensation. Compensation is directly related to personal involvement; the harder you work, the more you are rewarded. As an Advisor you have the freedom to plan your diary around your life.
Some Advisors are homeworkers and do this role in and round children, others work part-time or full-time in other careers and industries. In my own team, we have a mix – men and women, those who work FT and PT in employed roles, entrepreneurs, housewives who manage their Thermomix business around school hours. All Advisors are successful in managing their work-life balance and Thermomix business. I sometimes find the quote, ‘Ask a busy person and the job gets done’ is so true. My most successful Advisors are those who work full-time and know how to juggle diaries.
Becoming a Thermomix Advisor is particularly suitable if you want to keep your professional activity, top-up your income or start a new business venture. Being a Thermomix Advisor also has a good progression, you can build a team and become a Team Leader or progress to Branch Manager level too.
Is there a minimum requirement to being a Thermomix Advisor?
There is no minimum requirements as an Advisor. We ask for passion for Thermomix, a desire to join a community of like minded people and a positive approach to learning! As long as you are over 18 and living in London and the surrounding areas such as Kent and Essex, you can join my team.
And if you don’t already own one ask us how you can earn your Thermomix (or a second one!) by becoming a Advisor.
When can I start selling Thermomix?
You can start selling as soon as you’ve completed Module 1 training.*
Some of us need a little time to get settled, but some have had a Thermomix in the kitchen for years and are raring to go. It doesn’t take long to connect with others like you, who are starting their business and learn the basics so you can get going as soon as possible.
*In fact, you may have pre-sold a Thermomix a couple of days before your Module 1 training if you have had your newcomer demonstration with me as your Team Leader.
