Ingredients

400g chicken liver

1 large egg

150g oat flour (or rolled oats blended into flour)

Thermomix Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Add rolled oats to Thermomix bowl and grind into a flour, 30 seconds, Speed 8.
- Add the chicken liver and egg to the Thermomix bowl.
- Blend for 10 seconds on Speed 7 until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined or greased baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until firm and a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing into bite-sized treats.
