How does the Thermomix Newcomer Training work?
Our earn for free with Thermomix is a great program to start your Thermomix Advisor journey and you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
All new joiners have a choice to earn the latest model of Thermomix (currently TM6) if they haven’t participated in the TM6 Earning Programme in the past. This is the best opportunity to get a Thermomix, even if you currently own one. Two is definitely better than one as you have one in your kitchen, and one packed up as a demonstration model.
After the Business Opportunity Meeting, book a Newcomer Cooking Experience and attend the Newcomer Training Workshop. You pick up your Thermomix on this day and are activated that week.
Timeline:
- Book Newcomer Cooking Experience with your recruiting Advisor
- Pay for loan deposit of £150 for loan Thermomix (fully refundable)
- Attend Newcomer Training Workshop on Wednesday at Branch and pick up your loan from Thermomix
- Complete mandatory training on e-learning with the support of your Branch Manager
- Receive the Advisor number and be ready to place orders on Friday
- Throughout the 60 days, you will undertake training online and with your Team Leader. You will also commence running Thermomix® Cooking Demos as soon as possible and achieving your first sales.
If you already had a TM6 or have bought it outright, then you will be earning the standard Advisor commission from your first sale.
If you have chosen to earn your Thermomix TM6 (as detailed above), then each of your first 4 sales contributes to the remaining balance due on your TM6.

Earning Programme – day 1-90
- 4 TM6 Sales – earn for free
- 3 TM6 Sales – 80% discount, balance due £237.80
- 2 TM6 Sales – 50% discount, balance due £594.40
- 1 TM6 Sale – 20% discount, balance due £951.20
If you already had a TM6 or have bought it outright, then you will be earning the standard Advisor commission from your first sale.
If you have chosen to earn your Thermomix TM6 (as detailed above), then each of your first 4 sales contributes to the remaining balance due on your TM6. If you achieve more than 4 sales in 90 days, then you will earn the standard commission. Your 5th Sale though is double commission.
As a newcomer, you will also be privy to any of the regular Advisor incentives such as a cookbook and accessories or Annual Conference or International Trip criteria.
The 90 days is a great way to see if you have what it takes to be an Advisor. Some love Thermomix and want to share their passion, and have the network, simply hand back your loan Thermomix and time to do this, which is great. I have many Advisors who join just to earn their Thermomix and years later as still enjoying demonstrating. Others join and realize that it’s not for them. That’s fine too. It’s better to have tried than keep wondering. If the role doesn’t work out, simply return your loan to Thermomix and receive your deposit back.
