Our cooking experiences are held at the request and invitation of potential customers − the “hosts” − and our advisors demonstrate the product without any obligation on the host and guests to buy. It’s a positive way to work and sell that is the secret to our success – it could be yours, too!
I’ve been an Advisor now for over 10 years and a Team Leader for about 8 of those. I’ve helped the career progression of many of my team from Advisor to Team Leader and even in East London, our current Branch Manager, Lydia Lheureux was initially a team member of mine. The East London team in particular is made up experienced Team Leaders in the business so it’s no wonder that year after year, we are the top performing Branch in the UK.
I enjoy the flexibility of being self-employed and fitting my Thermomix business in and around my career, business interests and family life. But with Thermomix there’s a place for everyone and I’ve seen the career progression possible with my own eyes; one day Advisor and with hard work, perservence and good sales records, you could even be the Sales Director.
