From crispy onion bhajis, to fragrant curries, delicately spiced fish dishes and rich dals, with some sweet treats and all the condiments and side dishes to make your meal complete – here is everything you need to create your own Indian feast at home using your Thermomix!
If you want an Indian, Indian book, then I would definitely go for the ‘other’ book in my shop which was made for the Indian sub-continent. That book, taste wise is what I grew up at home and I would recommend it, any day and everyday. However, it is a 1970’s spiral bound book and not the sexist you’ll find. No pictures,no guided recipes. This book is beautiful and comes with guided recipes via the Cook Key and/ or recipe chip. I would say it’s more Indian Fusion, than Indian. Indian, but nevertheless still worth having.
One Girl favourites: Aloo beetroot tikki, pulled tandoori chicken, prawn bhuna and cardamon & rose shortbread.

HOST GIFT: Why pay for it, when you can get one for free. I’ll be delighted to gift this to you, if you host a demonstration with 3 guests, new to Thermomix and that reside in the United Kingdom. Contact me on Ankita@onegirlandherThermie.co.uk to host a Cooking Experience.
